In celebration of National Cancer Survivor’s Month, I am teaming up with Nod Hill Brewery + Ann’s Place for a day of movement, wonder + joy. Brewery Barre with me will begin at 9:45a; Stretch + Open with Sarah will begin at 10:45a. Class includes (1) 12 oz beer, hard cider, kombucha or soft drink. Join for one or both classes! Ann’s Place provides community-based support for those impacted by cancer.
