I am a NYC/CT-based teacher with the following certifications: 200-hour Core Fusion Barre teacher by exhale spa, Pilates Mat by Linda Farrell of LindaFit Pilates, Cancer Exercise Trainer by ACSM/ACS, Pilates Through Pregnancy by Kinected and TRX Suspension/Functional/Group Training by TRX.
This low-impact, moderate intensity class will help you increase spinal flexibility and mobility.
