Join Yvette Lenhart for a 45-minute Circuit Pilates class + Lauren Chiarello for a 15-minute Stretch class in Central Park. 50% of proceeds from class will support Little Wanderers. Post-class, hang with awesome like-minded humans for a potluck picnic! ABOUT CIRCUIT PILATES: Developed by Yvette Lenhart, Circuit Pilates is a challenging and energized full-body workout that focuses on the progression of five base moves through three sets. This unique mat format allows the entire body to warm up completely in set one before moving into more advanced variations. Great for all levels, both men and women, even beginners!

ABOUT LITTLE WANDERERS: An all-volunteer rescue group that rescues the neediest cats in the most dangerous + underserved areas of New York City.
